On 15th August, Ambassador PANG Sen met with Mr. Kalantari, Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare of Iran. The two sides exchanged views on enhancing bilateral cooperation in the field of economic cooperatives.

Mr. Kalantari said that in the past 3 decades, the world has witnessed China's great economic achievements, as well as its rising international influence. Iran-China cooperation in the field of economic cooperatives is faced with vast potential of further development and will definitely achieve greater progress under the joint efforts of the two sides.

Ambassador PANG said that China-Iran relations have maintained strong momentum of development in recent years and bilateral cooperation in all fields has been moving forward steadily. By strengthening economic cooperatives cooperation between the two countries, the connotation of China-Iran relationship will be enriched and both economies be furthered developed, benefiting two peoples to a large extent.
