Starting from October 22, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Iran will cancel online appointment for visa application and implement on-site queuing. The detailed arrangements are as follows:

1. After filling in visa application form online (http://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn)，there is no need to make an appointment online. Other visa application procedures and material requirements remain unchanged. For details, please refer to Guide to Chinese Visa Application (Updated March 22, 2023).

2. Applicants (except for group tourist visa）are required to queue up at the visa hall during visa acceptance hours with passport and Confirmation of Online Visa Application page. Visa acceptance hours are as follow:

Sunday: 9:00-12:00

Monday & Wednesday: 9:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00

3. Group tourist visa application is only accepted on Tuesday from 9:00 to 12:00.
